Refunds:
Unfortunately we can not offer refunds or returns at this time. All of our devices, with the exception of liquids are covered by their respective manufacturers warranties.

Exchanges (if applicable): Are on a case by case basis. This does not include damage caused during shipping.
We only replace non-electronic hardware items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item please email us at.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any e-liquid products. 

You will be responsible for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please be aware it can take up to 2 weeks depending on where you are located for your exchanged product to reach you after we receive it.

If you are shipping a high value item please use a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
